Who We Are
This policy covers Ryzeware, a US limited liability company (“Ryzeware,” “we,” “us”). For any question about your information, or to make a request, email hello@ryzeware.com.
What the Intake Form Collects
When you tell us about your business through the intake form, we collect what you enter:
- Your name and work email
- Your company name and website
- Your role, and who decides on the project
- Where your company is based (US state or outside the US)
- How many people work in the business
- What your company does, and for whom
- Where work piles up or depends on manual effort, and what that costs you
- The tools and spreadsheets your team relies on
- Whether you handle sensitive client information
- What your company could handle if the project went well
- When you would like to start, and whether you have set aside budget
- Whether you are comfortable collaborating through messages and recordings
- Optionally, how you heard about Ryzeware and what almost stopped you from reaching out
- Optionally, a document or short screen recording you choose to attach
We also keep the emails you send us and our replies.
Attribution Data
When you submit the intake, we attach attribution data to your submission: information about how you reached the site, such as the referring page or campaign tags in the link you followed. [Confirm: exact attribution fields captured]
Site Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the site is used. PostHog runs in cookieless mode, so it does not set analytics cookies in your browser, and session replay is turned off, so your visit is not recorded.
Investigation Recordings and Uploads
During an engagement we collect screen recordings and files you share with us, and recordings made while we investigate how your business works. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it. Email hello@ryzeware.com with a deletion request and we will delete your information within 30 days of receiving it.
We Do Not Sell Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data.
