  1. 01 Stage

    Tell Us about Your Business

Share what your company does, where work gets stuck, and what you’d like to handle better. We’ll follow up to understand the details. You don’t need to know how anything should be built.

  2. 02 Stage

    The Blueprint: $5,000

A fixed-price review of your whole company, delivered within 14 days, that produces a plan you can act on:

    1. P. 01

      How Your Company Runs Today

Operations, tools, data, and the people involved, and where time and money are lost.

    2. P. 02

      Security Review

Where sensitive information lives, who can access it, and what needs to change.

    3. P. 03

      A Prioritized Plan

The systems and AI improvements that will have the most impact, in order.

    4. P. 04

      Your First System, Designed

What it does, what it connects, who can do what, and the real examples it must handle before launch.

    5. P. 05

      A Fixed Quote

The build price, timeline, and maintenance terms.

Blueprint Credit The blueprint fee is credited in full toward your build if you go ahead within 90 days. If you don’t, the blueprint is yours to keep.

    How the Investigation Works

We send your team short tasks through our investigation workspace, like recording a screen walkthrough of a task, explaining a process by voice, answering a few questions, or uploading a document. You decide who does what. Each answer shapes the next question, so nobody fills out a long questionnaire and we learn how the work actually happens, not just how it’s supposed to. Everyone is told when they’re being recorded.

  3. 03 Stage

    The Build

We build in stages and show you working previews along the way, with written updates and recorded walkthroughs. You review and approve on your schedule. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they’re built.

  4. 04 Stage

    Launch and Acceptance

Each system launches when it passes the examples agreed in the blueprint. You get the results, instructions, a record of what’s connected and who has access, and a clear list of what the system does and doesn’t do.

  5. 05 Stage

    Maintenance and What Comes Next

Systems need care after launch. Tools, models, and your business change. Maintenance includes monitoring, retesting after changes, fixes, small improvements, a monthly written report, our assurance and verification layer, and an agreed volume of human review, handled within two business days for non-urgent items. It’s quoted with your build and starts with a three-month minimum, then continues month to month. When you’re ready, we build the next priority in your plan.
